Divorce Cases (Voluntary Concersion of Minors)

This cases which I took it from the wikipedia about how a chinese judges with the Islam in 1986.

Conversion to other faiths is allowed in Malaysia once one has reached an age of majority. A minor may not convert to another faith without explicit permission of his or her guardian as described in the Guardianship of Infants Act (1961) and the Federal Constitution (Articles 11 (1) and 12 (3) and (4)).

This case was tested by Teoh Eng Huat vs Kadhi mot of Pasir Mas Kelantan in 1986. Teoh Eng Huat's daughter was a ward of the state. She married a Muslim. Hence then a minor, converted to Islam. The high court ruled that the father's right to decide the religion and upbringing of the infant is allowed "subject to the condition that it does not conflict with the principles of the infant's choice of religion guaranteed to her under the Federal Constitution". Through the proceedings, Susie Teoh never appeared in court to testify.

The decision was overruled on appeal to the Supreme Court, who held "in all the circumstances and in the wider interests of the nation no infant shall have the automatic right to receive instruction relating to any other religion other than (her) own without the permission of the parent or guardian".

The Supreme Court further held that this was "only of academic interest" as Susie Teoh was no longer a minor at the time of hearing.

In response several states (Islamic laws are passed by individual states) passed laws providing for conversion by 15 (defined as "baligh" in Islam or the age of majority). Federal law still provides for the age of majority as 18.

The Aroma Carries On (My Slogan)

The slogan that I choose for my company is "The Aroma Carries On". I would like to talk about the history of Aroma and the flavor.

Flavour potentiators have no own flavour activity in themselves but are able to enhance the aroma or taste of special flavourings. They occur in several foods naturally, and were first identified by K. Ikeda in Japanese seaweed in 1912. Besides some typical East Asian foods, such as fermented soya sauce, meat products, cheeses and mushrooms are the main foods in modern nutrition which contain these substances in higher amounts. Within recent decades, flavour potentiators have developed into one of the most important groups of flavouring additivies. The differences between some East Asian countries and other parts of the world depend on traditional cosumption habbits originating from the typical rice diet in that region which very poor in flavour and requires added flavouring.

A group of scientists tested the flavour which conducted the products amount of high quality.

I choose this slogan because it is telling me that the quality of smell which in baking time, you may able to taste the crust and crispy bread of all time.

What Has Had a Strong Influence in your Life

The most strongest influence in my life is to study as "Buddha-dharma". "Dharma" usually refers inclusively not just to the saying of the Buddha but to the later traditions of interpretation and addition that the various school of Buddhism have developed to help explain and expand upon Buddha's teachings. The teachings are expedient means of raising doubt in the hearer's own cherished beliefs and view of life. I choose to study this method because it helps to heal your mind and soul. Understanding and relaxing keeps you inner and peace. If you are in depression, try to close your eyes slowly and relax your body. Breath in gently, hold for a few a second, and finally release the anger from your soul. This is a very basic format. I am not expert in study Buddhsim. But I will keep trying and work hard towards the end.

Look into the Future

As far I know everyone were thinking how much money can they afford to survive, or use it? For example, I have seen many beggars near at my house which they used to beg for every Sunday nights when there is a Pasar Malam (Night Market). I couldn't believe why they need to do this? There are so many things for them. Even if you very poor, there is still hope and things can be done through the future. And also some Buddhist monks asked for charity. One day, I asked one monk in a local night market which he came from China and does not understand English and Cantonese. Therefore, I found so hard to communicate because I do not understand mandarin (probably I can speaks one or two words). Fortunately, one lady helps me to understand his language. In the end, I finally understood that the people in China needs charity.

In other hands, what do you mean by "money wasted"? Money wasted the meaning is the people around the world are spending their money to buy such as expensive things that not helpful to them. Money is very important for the future. They should think positive, unlike the others wasteful.

I suggested for those beggars should start a new life and often to find a job. If we start a better life, you may be reward one day, or if you choose the same path, you are hopeless.

PLEASE think positive!

Chinese Fur Farms

I would like share this video to everyone if they learn something horrible in your life. Watching this video is totally insane. They have no feelings for those animals being struggling desperately when workers flip them onto their backs or hang them up by their legs or tails to skin them. When workers on these farms begin to cut the skin and fur from an animal's leg, the free limbs kick and writhe. As a Buddhist, we should NOT killed these poor habitat especially mother animals, who are driven crazy from rough handling and intense confinement and have nowhere to hide while giving birth, often kill their babies after delivering litters. For example, I have some history about "Cruelty to animals" which I took from Wikipedia web-page:

"There were no laws in China governing acts of cruelty to animals. There are two approaches to the issue. The animal welfare position holds that there is nothing inherently wrong with using animals for human purposes, such as food, clothing, entertainment, and research, but that it should be done in a humane way that reduces unnecessary suffering. Animals rights theorists criticize this position, arguing that the words "unnecessary" and "humane" are subject to widely differing interpretations, and that the only way to ensure protection for animals is to end their status as property, and to ensure that they are never used as demanded."

In China, there are many problematic due to the issue and reason why they act as manic to animals. I would assume to donate to the poor animals if I wishes to visit to China or some other country and beyond... I suggest everyone should NEVER try to copy what they did/done around the world. PLEASE... release the poor animals or pet them...
